研究方向:
    阐述植物次生代谢合成途径及调控机理,研究次生代谢物在植物抗病、抗虫、抗逆境中的生物学功能,利用模式植物短柄草进行麦类作物的比较功能基因组学研究,为可持续发展的绿色农业、食品业及医药业打下基础。研究内容包括:
1) 次生代谢与抗病
2) 短柄草与麦类作物的比较基因组学
3) 代谢组学新方法开发
