研究方向:
    花粉管在花柱中快速生长最后成功地把两个不能运动的精细胞送到胚囊中以完成高等植物的双受精过程。研究表明微丝细胞骨架对花粉管的生长行使非常重要的调节作用。各种药理学处理以及遗传学操作干扰微丝的排布方式和动态组装特性就会抑制花粉管的极性生长,但是微丝细胞骨架如何调节花粉管生长的机理还不是特别清楚。微丝细胞骨架的特定空间排列方式及高度动态的组装特性有赖于各种微丝细胞骨架相关蛋白的作用,我们实验室期望通过对各种微丝细胞骨架相关蛋白的功能解析以理解微丝细胞骨架调节花粉管极性生长的分子机理。
