    Research Interests£º

       Our primary interest is to study plant embryo and endosperm development, to understand how embryogenesis is initiated, how the shoot and root meristems are established during embryogenesis.  We would like to know, during embryo development, how cells communicate with each other, and how cell fate is determined.  We use Arabidopsis and rice as the model plants to perform our experiments, since their genomic information are available.
